Ich heisse Christine D\u00f6ring, bin professionelle Hatha Yogalehrerin und biete Yogaunterricht in einem etwas anderen Stil an:<\/p>\n

im „One on One“ Training und in Deinen eigenen 4 W\u00e4nden, das heisst, ich komme zu Dir nachhause, wenn Du in Potsdam oder Berlin lebst, um dort mit Dir zu praktizieren. Gern k\u00f6nnen wir f\u00fcr den Unterricht einen Ort in der Natur finden, wie zum Beispiel im Garten, an einem See o.\u00e4.<\/p>\n

Dabei ist es v\u00f6llig egal, wie alt Du bist, ob Du mit Yoga startest oder schon Erfahrungen hast. Bei mir bekommst Du ein individuell auf Deine Situation abgestimmtes Asana Training, das Dir zu mehr k\u00f6rperlich&geistiger Flexibilit\u00e4t verhelfen kann und Dir den Weg zu Gelassenheit und Zufriedenheit bahnt.<\/p>\n

My name is Christine D\u00f6ring, I am a professional Hatha Yoga teacher and offer Yoga classes in a slightly different style:<\/p>\n

„One on One“ training and in your own 4 walls, which means I come to your home if you live in Potsdam or Berlin to practice with you there. We are happy to find a place in nature for the lessons, for example in the garden, at a lake or similar.<\/p>\n


It doesn’t matter how old you are, whether you are starting with yoga or already have experience. With me, you will receive an asana training individually tailored to your situation, which can help you to achieve more physical and mental flexibility and pave the way to serenity and contentment.<\/p>\n
